CLICQ’UP BY VEUVE CLICQUOT
MATHIAS VAN DE WALLE’S ORIGAMI INSPIRED CHAMPAGNE BUCKET
We love great design, but when great design fuses with champagne the effect is both exhilarating and, in the case of Veuve Clicquot’s Clicq’up origami inspired champagne bucket, down right practical. Folding flat and sliding effortlessly into picnic basket or gift bag alike this waterproof invention can be used on multiple occasions to provide just the right amount of chill. Veuve Clicquot has a long tradition of innovation and supporting various design initiatives. In 2009 the company partnered with Porche to create the “Ice Cube” chilling station and now have collaborated with Belgian designer Mathias van de Walle. Van de Walle’s expertise lies in spatial reinterpretation so who better to have created the first folding ice bucket.
